eQHealth Solutions, Inc. Board of Directors

The current board of directors of eQHealth Solutions Inc. consists of six members. The affiliations and length of appointment for each member are as follows:

Leonard B. Kancher, MD, private practice, Internal Medicine, Metairie, Louisiana – two years from November 18, 2008. (Meets nine year service restriction at the end of the current term in 2011.)

Theodore J. Borgman, MD - Internist, Crescent City Physicians, Inc. and Clinical Professor of Medicine, Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans– three years from November 18, 2006. (Reelected for an additional two year term on December 4, 2009. Term ends November 2011.)

Bret A. Clesi – Human Resources Consultant – three years from November 18, 2006. (Reelected for an additional three year term on December 4, 2009. Term ends November 2012.)

Alfreda Tillman Bester – Attorney, Tillman Bester & Associates; Business and Health Care Consultant; publisher, editor and founder of “Perspective News Magazine, LLC” - three years from September 30, 2007. (Due for reelection in 2010.  Eligible for one additional three year term to September 2013.)

Elliott C. Roberts, Sr. – Retired Hospital CEO, Medicare Recipient and Professor, LSUHSC – School of Public Health – three years from January 31, 2008. (Due for reelection in 2011.  Eligible for one additional three year term to November 2014.)

Leo Stanley (Consumer Representative) – Retired, Medicare Recipient – partial year from January 1, 2009 through November 18, 2009. (Reelected for an additional three year term on December 4, 2009. Term ends November 2012.)

Required CMS Disclosures

The cap on service of board members is six years.

Elections to the board of directors are typically made at the November board meeting.

Approximately 20% of the board is appointed each year.

Board members are compensated $175.00 per hour for any work related to the activities of the board and are reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in attending board meetings and board approved conferences.
