Chief Information Officer to lead an in-house object-oriented
software development and technical support staff. Position is based
in corporate office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Successful candidate will have a master's degree or equivalent in a
technology field combined with a minimum of 5 years experience in
all relevant aspects of object oriented system development and
software development life cycle; 5 years experience managing an IT
department preferably in a health care related environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical
and organizational skills.
Technical Experience Required: relational databases, data modeling,
multi-tier architecture, object oriented development/design and
software design patterns.
Development environment: VB.Net, ASP.Net, C#.Net, ADO.Net, HTML, UML,
and JavaScript object oriented development. Using: Visual
Studio 2003/2005, MS SQL Server 2000/2005, T-SQL, stored procedures,
DTS package development, Visual Source Safe 6.0, Internet
Information Services 5.1/6/7 and Crystal Report 10.

Improvement Organization (QIO) has a challenging full time position
that supports the company’s mission in Louisiana. The successful
candidate must have advanced knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint
& Outlook. Should have demonstrated excellent verbal and written
communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task and manage
time efficiently. Position will assist with the preparation,
editing, and distribution of presentations, flyers, brochures and
other communications documents to health care providers.
Responsibilities include all clerical support for the quality
improvement operational teams.

should be experienced in quality improvement theories, tools and
applications and have a Bachelor’s degree preferably in a health

multi-state Medicare/Medicaid health care not for profit quality
review organization specializing in the development of health care
quality projects and the management of health care data has an
exciting employment opportunity.
Must have a degree
in Statistics or a related field plus 2-3 years relevant work
experience in statistical analysis. Experience working with large
database using SAS and/or relational database programs required
along with experience with PC spreadsheet applications. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills are required as is strong
analytical thinking and ability to multi-task. Familiarity with
Medicare and/or Medicaid claims data and Medicaid utilization
process preferred. Some statistical
modeling experience is also preferred.
A Statistical
Analyst will perform analysis of claims and clinical databases to
identify certain opportunities for improvement of health care
indicators. Other essential functions include:
