C.     Under "Reports" (left column, 4^th Gray Box):

• Select "Hospital Validation Reports" (4^th Report on list)

• Select "Case Selection Report" or "Overall Results Report."

• Complete informational fields required (Select discharge timeframe).

• Click "Submit Report."

• Select “Report Viewer” and open the report by clicking the magnifying glass icon.

D.     Select the File Exchange and Search/Inbox-Outbox to check for new data

þ    Check your Inbox every Monday.  New reports are usually uploaded late Sunday/early Monday.

þ    If  “there are no new files to display” try resetting the start date back 1 to 2 weeks and hit the search button again.
